Players must wear a mouthguard at all times during play and the team-issued jersey during games.

Shorts or pants may not have pockets for safety reasons.

Rubber-molded cleats are recommended but not required, and metal cleats are not permitted.

Players should follow the guidelines set by their home association for soft-shell helmets.

Players must wear a flag belt with a three-flag clip system. All three flags must be worn on the outside of the jersey, with one flag positioned on each side of the player and one at the rear.

Players must tuck in their shirts, sweatshirts, and outerwear so that all flags remain clearly visible and easily accessible during play.
